Why breathing?
Some argue breathing is automatic - let it do what it wants and not mess with it.
Others have stated breathing should be considered a standalone pillar of health.
We believe the latter and we'll tell you for why..
We are breathing at every moment and how we breathe is information to our brain about how we are doing. This informs our body's automatic function, such as digestion, blood pressure, temperature regulation, hormone production. It also impacts our brain activity - calm breathing helps with a calm mind.
“Breathing impacts every aspect of your health - sleep, digestion, movement, mental wellbeing, disease, and recovery. It’s an extraordinary resource with life-changing potential. It’s simple, free, and available to everyone.”
Patrick McKeown - The Breathing Cure
The good news is, I've also felt the life-changing effects of restoring functional breathing patterns and I want to share that with as many people as possible, so you can feel those benefits too.
The 3 steps in the free eBook are simple to follow and have a huge and lasting impact on how you'll view breathing and change the way you feel, move, and perform forever.
We also offer breathwork coaching if you want more support, prefer this way of learning, or want to work on specific aspects of your performance or wellbeing.
