I'm Lizzie, I love meeting new people and sharing my enthusiasm for nature, connection with others, yoga and breathwork. Yoga transformed my mental health which is why I decided to train as a yoga teacher, to share the practice I love and help the healing power of yoga change people's lives. I'm passionate about making yoga fun, welcoming and accessible.
I have experienced the power of breathwork to improve both my physical and mental health which led me to train as an Oxygen Advantage Instructor. I now teach breathwork with a focus on managing overwhelm, stress, anxiety and burnout.
When I'm not teaching I can often be found with my two daughters and husband in our VW Van somewhere in the wild!
