To become certified;

Once you are confident with the course material you have learned from the LIVE sessions, (watched back on replay if needed), the video tutorials and presentations and information in the instructor manual you need to:

• Pass an online exam through the oxygen advantage website (accessable through your instructor portal login).
• Complete 3 case studies on practise clients through 3 weeks of coaching (online via zoom or in person)

*There is no time limit on when you complete your exam and case studies, you can progress at your own pace through the learning material and take the exam and work with clients when you feel ready.

You will learn to teach scientifically proven protocols and breathing exercises that will help your clients become fitter, healthier and stronger, and improve their recovery time after injury. No previous knowledge or experience in breathwork is necessary. It’s easy to complete the course from the comfort of your own home online and learn at your own pace, taking the exam online only when you feel ready.

The live training and coaching sessions will be presented via zoom and recorded for lifetime access to the replays and presentations.

Each session is 2 hours in duration and private links to join the zoom class will be provide once you've signed up to the certification course.
