Small Group: 4 places maximum Starts: Tuesday 7th October 8pm-9pm On Zoom for 4-weeks In this program, we focus on the understanding and practice of the pillars to optimal breathing; the biomechanics (how we breathe physically), the cadence (speed) and our biochemistry (our relationship with carbon dioxide). Breathing assessments are used to personalise the approach you need to take and can be useful to track your own progress. We also look at how to integrate breathing practices into your day-to-day activities to ensure optimal breathing is happening at all times and not just when you are 'doing a breathing practice'! This is a small group programme, with a maximum of 4 people designed with some level of interaction involved. This program covers: - The pillars of optimal breathing. - Practices to improve your day-to-day breathing; at rest and during activity or exercise. - Practices specifically for calming us when we are 'upregulated', anxious and/or stressed This programme is for you if: - you are interested in improving your all-round health - you want to understand more about breath and/or nervous system regulation, breathing well during exercise - if you wish to specifically improve an aspect of health, such as sleep, emotional regulation, digestion, and more* *This is not a replacement to medical support but an adjunct, which is usually simple and easy to implement and helpful to so many aspects of our health and wellbeing!
