This new breathwork course is for anyone who is comfortable with the basics of breathwork from the biochemistry, biomechanics and breath-holding basics or who has completed my breathwork basics course. During the 3 module course we’ll be covering; - Mobilisations to increase rib mechanics and lung volume, increasing your capacity to get more air in through each breath. - Improve diaphragm strength endurance for better application into exercise and higher intensity training. - Box breathing variations and cadence breathing to develop CO2 tolerance as alternative to breathe light - Breathwork to improve focus and concentration for application into tasks and sports that require increased awareness - Development of breath-holding and simulation of altitude training to continue the improvement in CO2 tolerance from basic breath holds and the application into your training and exercise.
