About
Catherine is an Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor with personal experience of the breath being an important tool for health and recovery. She has also used the breath as part of enhancing fitness.
Catherine is also a certified functional health coach, which focuses on building and maintaining the primary 'foundations' of health - for our improved day-to-day functioning, focusing on our specific areas of importance, whether it be physical performance, mental focus, energy levels or resilience; or all of the above! She has trained with HeartMath, which is an assessment tool for the autonomic nervous system - the all important link between our mental, emotional health and our physical health.

Regaining my hormones.
I was just trying to be healthy!
I was reading and listening to health influencers on podcasts and reading books. I ended up intermittent fasting; restricting my food to between around midday and 8pm. The alarm bell for me was the absence of my menstrual cycle. Initially this absence had been masked by the use of the pill. My GP told me my absent menstrual cycle having being off the pill for a few years wasn’t a problem and I should just come back if I wanted to have children.
