Better Energy & Sleep Smoothie

This delicious green smoothie is nutrient dense suitable for vegans and both gluten free and dairy free. You can of course substitute the coconut water and almonds for a different milk of your choice.

The combination of maca powder and spirulina as recommended by the wonderful Katie Murray @1day_2019 help with energy during your day and improved sleep at night.


  • 300ml Coconut water

  • Handful of almonds

  • tbsp chia seeds

  • Handful of blueberries

  • 1 large banana

  • Half avocado

  • Handful of kale leaves

  • Teaspoon of maca powder

  • Teaspoon spirulina

Simply throw everything into a food blends / smoothie maker and mix until a smooth texture and enjoy!
